To all Teams,
Thank you for applying to the Spirit United Kickoff Classic.
Spirit United has exclusive partnerships with the local hotels. Teams will
process all hotel reservations directly with our list of hotels for the Spirit
United Kickoff Classic.
Teams are able to easily reserve rooms for the upcoming tournament
either online or by phone directly with the hotels on the list. Highlights of
the hotel reservation process include:
Rooms will be reserved at more hotels
The reservation process, especially if done online, will be
quicker, more secure, and an electronic confirmation of your
reservation will be sent.
Each team can choose what hotel they want to stay and the
length of their stay (based on availability) Spirit United
is requiring all tournament teams and participants to reserve
rooms through our designated registration system.
Teams not following this procedure will not be considered
for tournament acceptance. In addition, rooms are non-commissionable
to travel agencies or 3rd party reservation companies.
Spirit United has taken the initiative and secured rooms
at local “team friendly” hotels. By doing this
Spirit United has guaranteed tournament participants room
availability at top quality hotels with competitive prices,
great proximity to playing fields, and team oriented amenities.
